Kitchen Remodeling in Sanibel, FL

Sanibel is the island across the Causeway — elevated homes and beach cottages under strict island building codes, with compact kitchens where every inch has to earn its keep. Post-Ian, many of these rooms are full rebuilds, where written scopes and real timelines matter most. These are design-first rooms: drawer banks instead of door cabinets, tall storage, and counters that work as hard as the people cooking on them.

Compact Sanibel kitchens punish wasted space. The upgrades that matter here aren’t flashy — they’re a pantry cabinet where a closet stood, drawers where doors hid stacked pans, and lighting that makes a small room feel double its size at dinner time. Salt air near the water makes hardware quality a real line item.
